Deliveries and returns

Delivery:
Your t-shirts and sweatshirts will be carefully and lovingly packaged and sent in a beautiful, recycled cardboard box. Delivery is guaranteed by bpost – the Belgian postal service.
Delivery in Belgium is within approximately 3 days following receipt of your payment.
And overseas? That can take up to 10 days.

Returns:
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period following delivery of your order. We will fully refund your order on receipt of your return. Returns are free within Europe. Outside Europe, shipping fees for returns remain your responsibility. Items must be in a perfect condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.
If you’d like a different size, exchanges are free from anywhere in the world but remember shipping fees are only free in Europe (and payable elsewhere).

Via Paypal, the recipient is “caouanne.be”
